WS-12-250-AC - Running great at it's first temporary install

First off: This is a temporary event installation. Right now, I've got one of our WS-12-250-AC's running 3x Rocket M5 Sectors, two Pepwave AP AC One Mini's, and a hardline to Samsung (sponsor) and Uber (sponsor) for Austin City Limits Music Festival 2015.

The WS-12-250-AC? It's in that sealed and weatherproof black box that lives under a silver reflective tarp. It's been running about 155 F.

I've been testing these out in my lab for about a month and a half now, but I hadn't been able to use these on site until now. For all of Weekend 1 (Friday/Saturday/Sunday), we moved around 700GB of data through this switch flawlessly.



The only issues that we had was that the fiber (port 14) had an STP loop from one of my guys by accident. Definitely not the switch itself.


Thanks so much for building such a better switch than the ToughSwitch. This is what I've been looking for for 18 months now.
