Hello,
I seem to have misplaced the mounting hardware that came with my WS-12-250A.
Is there a way to order a replacement or can I get the correct bolt size so I can buy some at the local electronic store?
Thanks,
D.A.

I created an item to purchase the ears and screws, you are not the first person to lose them.
http://www.netonix.com/accessories/mounting-kit.html
You might balk at $9.95 but the ears cost me several dollars to make + $1 for a box and the labor to package and stock them then pull them and ship them there is no profit there.
Especially when you consider anything I sell I need to discount to distributors so the MSRP has to include the discount of selling them to Distributors.
I will soon create items for all the switch parts such as power supplies, fans, and even replacement boards for those pesky lightning strikes.

Not that I want things to be expensive, but thats cheap for rack ears.

Yea, since I do not know what they cost me individually since they come with the chassis so I took a stab in the dark at cost. - LOL
I may end up changing it in the future based on actual costing, for now I have several extra laying around.
