Re: Poe confusion ?
So, is that crimped as A or B, meaning is the green pair 1/2 or 3/6?

Re: Poe confusion ?
To answer your question... yes, I use both A and B.
It looks to me like 1/2 is orange and 3/6 is green. Should I assume that if you reversed the leads on your VM, that it would display a negative sign?

But this comes back to MIMOSA saying their radios have polarity correction which it must because our switch does power them.
Your test also confirms that using the MIMOSA POE adapter with a WS-6-MINI will NOT work and will damage the switch.

I am telling you that if you use a MIMOSA POE adapter it "will" damage the WS-6-MINI
Dave is over at our SMT assembly house today but I will ask him to weigh in on this thread.
I do not have a MIMOSA POE adapter, please post a picture of the Label on it showing the PIN outs.

Re: Poe confusion ?
Based on the info I see, I tend to agree with Chris and have to wonder if there is possibly more than one model of Mimosa PoE brick.
In the "Don't believe everything you read on the internet" vein, I wonder how many folks tried charging their iPhones in the microwave?

Re: Poe confusion ?
There have seen two posts now that say the Mimosa PoE works, but I don't trust anecdotes as much as I do schematics and my own testing.
