2.5Gbps Ethernet

Team Netonix,

are there new products upcoming supporting 2.5Gbps (or 10Gbps) Ethernet ports and 10Gbps SFP+?

(2) SFP+ (12) 2.5G/1G/100M/10M
WS3-14E-600-AC
WS3-14E-600-DC
WS3-14E-400-IDC <= TENTATIVE

Next Models maybe winter or end of year
(4) SFP+ (16) 2.5G/1G/100M/10M
(2) copper power ports controlled via UI to power WS3-5E
WS3-20E-600-AC
WS3-20E-600-DC

(1) SFP+ (4) 2.5G/1G/100M/10M
WS3-5E - Powered via composite fiber copper

Right now we are targeting end of October early November for a small pre release but limited to 1 or 2 per person.

If all goes well first release Q1 2025

Will the SFP+ ports support 10G?

We're getting a lot into 80GHz microwave these days and the routers we use don't support 2.5/5G, 10G only.

The industry standard definition of SFP+ is up to 10G

SFP 1G.
SFP+ 10G
