AC 250W WISP Managed PO Switch - WS-12-250-AC

Hello,

Recently purchased this switch and when I received it the unit was obviously used. Scratched, worn, and filled with dust. It was not listed as used or refurbished. I would like to send the unit back for full credit, or replacement with a new switch.

Sorry to post on a forum, but I got no phone number or email to contact, and nothing is listed on the website.

See this link. I cannot provide the MAC due to the condition of the unit.

Please provide a new replacement or credit.

Also, I will need a label and RMA info on the return.

So the invoice you provided does not indicate the company you purchased it from?
I doubt they are listed as an authorized reseller?
You can not provide the MAC address as the decal is in such bad shape and the screws are rusted, see pictures below.

Looks like you could lift up torn decal and more complete the MAC address

At this point I am not inclined to warranty this unit.

Please provide a picture of the front, whole bottom, and top of this unit in a post as I did, not a link.

Also open the chassis and provide pictures of the serial numbers on the power supply and board.

Upload attachment to post then place in line in the post like I did.

Apologies on this. I was mistaken and thought I purchased from you. Computing World Inc is where I got it from so buyers beware! Thanks for your help and sorry for the mix-up.
