Confirmed as well here. Used a 8 porter DC switch that had a few dead ports.
Soon as it was upgraded to 1.5.15, she's dead. There's nothing on the console output even after power cycle. No lights or fans.
This release should be pulled.

Looks like they pulled the firmware.
FYI if you have a bricked switch, they'll fix it for free according to this post. viewtopic.php?f=17&t=7999

Re: v1.5.15 Bug Reports and Comments
I am looking for a bit of guidance here, I have approx 150 units mostly running 1.5.8
We've been holding there due to not wanting to risk the network on all of the various memory leak issues, though as a result we do get the SSL and CPU problems instead.
I was hoping to have upgraded to 1.5.15 when that went to full release however that seems to have had its own issues. As the vendor please tell me what I should do? Will there be a re-release of 1.5.15? Should I just install the rc3?

Re: v1.5.15 Bug Reports and Comments
Due to a corruption issue on 1.5.15, the next major release will be 1.5.16 - just to be sure there is no mix-up with any bad 1.5.15 release's that have made there way around.
We have a few more tests we want to run to make sure we don't have any more unexpected issue's before the final release. But things are looking good so it should be out this week.
