Any reason why there has been no responses to the v1.5.14 Bug Reports and Comments thread from Netonix since April 2022?

Several major bugs in 1.5.xx has been our show stopper from deploying switches on newer builds. Having a SFP port lock up from applying a new VLAN doesn't build any confidence in using the product.
In situations where we have a redudant backhaul and we just control it by disabling one port and enabling another port, all VLAN tags get stripped and everything is sent over as untagged.
For both problems the only solution is to reboot the switch.

Could you please give me more details about this issue? Do you mean VLAN tags tagged by your external devices like router/other switch and going through NETONIX or VLAN taged by NETONIX itself? We have redundand link with 5 VLANs inside the link and redundancy is controlled by RSTP...so we do not enable/disable ports on NETONIX...so meybe the issue will not appear in our scenario?

Re: Netonix exist ?
I don't think you'll be affected by this issue.
It's only if you shut one port down and flip over to the other.
I have two switches I can reproduce this on, everytime I attempt to do this, all packets on the uplink to the router that's connected to it sees all traffic coming in as untagged. Very weird issue... but there's a lot of odd bugs here that nobody seems to be looking into.

It's October. Where are the switches?
