Order issue

Hi I am having issues with a few orders.

I had initially ordered a DIN-8-150-AC but was shipped a DIN-8-10-12 a few weeks ago. I realized that the part was wrong but thought I had ordered the wrong item, so I ordered the DIN-8-150-AC again. Today I received the DIN-8-10-12 again and realized that it was a shipping error and that I had ordered the correct part both times.

What can we do to get this sorted out? This project was supposed to ship tomorrow, so resolving this quickly would be a huge help.

Please let me know if there is a way to PM/ email/ call you about this so I don't have to give out my contact details or order numbers to the entire forum.
