"Private Message" shows, but 'E-mail x' does not. I use the Mozilla browser and just tried IE11, same thing.

Normal members can not email, I may change this but was afraid of people getting spam

probably a good idea. At least some threshold before opening up email. I'd probably just stick with PMs for regular users.
