Feature Request: Port Description tooltip for VLANs page

Feature request: I'd find it really helpful if when you're on the VLANs page you could hover over the Port numbers and be shown a tooltip with the Port description you've assigned to the port.

That shouldn't be too difficult, I've added it to the list.

You can see port description in a tool tip if you mouse over the port representation at the top that indicate if port up and to which speed (green. yellow or black RJ45 ports).
