Creating isolated VLANs / isolated ports

I'm banging my head up against the wall, because in other switches this is super easy...so I'm not sure what I'm missing. I want to isolate a few ports by creating a VLAN in the Netonix, and assigning that VLAN to those ports as Untagged. On other gear, this creates an isolated set of ports independent of everything else.

What am I missing??? Is there some magic on the Netonix I am unaware of??

Disregard... seems that I was bitten by the OOTB 1.5.5 issue... viewtopic.php?f=17&t=6243
Upgrading to 1.5.6 fixed the issue and it's working fine now.
My sanity is restored (although, my forehead is still bruised).
