I know this is an old thread but I came across it in a Google search looking for other information, so here's the answer.
The original run of Force 300 radios use a reverse polarity pinout like the old Canopy equipment (and the non-GPS ePMP 1000 radios). To get an old stock force 300 to power on a Netonix switch, you *need* to use a Tycon rollover cable, then it will work no problem. New stock F300s does not require the rollover cable.
