We're eager for a concrete update on 10Gbps capable Netonix switch availability as well. Have networks that need to be upgraded and would much prefer to stick with Netonix but we can't wait indefinitely. Thanks.

The WS3-14-600-AC / DC units are in final testing with Mike99. Once he is happy we have several hundred to sale directly (not through distributors) with a larger production batch waiting in the wings ready to go if all goes well.
I can not see this taking more than a couple weeks but as I said we need to satisfy Mike99 first.

That's excellent news! What's the best way for me to become notified when they're ready for sale? Thank you.

Not to sound too giddy...
But we'd love to jump on testing as well. We have over a dozen sites that would benefit from 10G capable switches, but just a couple of switches to kick the tires would be very handy!

Re: 10g eta?
So the WS3 line "could" function as just a layer 2 switch like the WS line I think fine but the WS3 is Layer 3 and that is what Mike99 and Eric are working on.
4096 routes total - Static / OSPF / BGP
BGP routing is limited to static failover application as it can not handle the 800K required routes for world route
They also have Bandwidth rules which can also work as firewall rules.
The routing is what is being worked on.
