WS-12-250-AC not passing Tagged or Unatagged traffic

WS-12-250-AC not passing Tagged or Unatagged traffic. We just received an order of ten of these switches, and it seems all of them are having the same issue. from power up I can get into the default IP just fine. Once I have set a static IP and a Management VLAN I can access the new IP but I cant access anything behind that. Tagged or untagged, I have tried this on multiple switches and all with the same result. We have been using these switches for years now and this is the first time I have run into this issue. The firmware on all the switches in question are 1.5.5.

Scratch that, It seems the new 1.5.6 firmware fixes the issue.
