Dead Switch?

I have a Netonix switch that failed upgrading right in the middle of the upgrade. When it is powered up, NADA!! Even watched the serial console and NOTHING!!! Any ideas how to kick this thing in the pants or is it a paperweight?

It sounds like the firmware has became corrupted while it was upgrading. First i would try a power on factory reset (doubt it would work but its worth a shot) If not you can RMA the switch at the website below and follow what it says. It would be a fix most likely covered under warranty, unless we find serious damage and or something else went wrong.
