Hello Forum,
I'm looking to run a WS-12-250-AC at a solar DC site. Is there knowledge of a proper inverter to use to go from the 24vdc battery to the AC switch? Links to trusted inverters for remote low power sites appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
AK

Re: dc-ac inverter recommendations
Okay, that's what I'm using now but I can't get our two backup switches on RMA and I have one new AC in hand. Can you help with an RMA processing?
Thanks again,
AK

Re: dc-ac inverter recommendations
Thanks Dave.
I haven't been able to receive an RMA number. I've emailed with the information to request an RMA and posted here a couple times requesting assistance (that would probably lead to sending units back for repair).
Thanks again,
Adam

Re: dc-ac inverter recommendations
If I remember correctly, Chris was using Tripplite inverter / charger but those cost more than a DC switch.

Re: dc-ac inverter recommendations
Thanks @mike99,
In general, do you know if it's even possible to get RMA on the DC switches? I would like to get the two we have repaired, or at least one.
The inverter option is really a last ditch emergency fix and doesn't really seem feasible.
Thanks again,
AK
