Been trying to contact someone at Netonix, but im not getting any replys by email.
This is regarding an RMA.

Chris, who handles our RMA's, has been taking a long deserved semi-vacation for the last couple of months to do some
major renovations on his house. It turned out to be a massive fix it before it breaks project, so his focus when
he comes into work when he gets a chance during the week has been on production, not RMA's.
He plans on hitting the RMA's again by months end.

3 moths wait, with no response is not what i would expect from RMA, but at least now I know.

ya, sorry, we are revamping how we do RMA's, and expect the process to get a heck of a lot faster going forward.

they have started (slowly) to work on RMA's, as we are slowly catching up on disty orders....I will mention your RMA number to techs.

thank god, its been forever i have not received a email yet,. i also initiated a RMA in November but never got a email
