Hello
Today I had a strange problem between the unit to enable turn on a POE and change traffic to another link after I was applying the switch the switch was left without access to the administration ie nothing passed data
I am not staying in Other than to travel 10 kilometers and climb the mountain to disconnect and connect to the Netonix DC Energy and after that went up All normal
Netonix can not return correctly to the previous configuration ie it seems that part is not working well or needs to improve that option
Model of the equipment that I use WS-12-250-DC
Firmware version 1.5.2
There is no access to the Netonix Administration, it does no

Are you using SFP modules?
What is the Revert timer set to on the Device/Configuration TAB?
Before power cycling it did you happen to console into it and see what was going on?

No SFP modules.
The timer is in 300 seconds.
Did not connect to the unit before power cycling.

As far as the revert function Stephen will test it to verify still working.
Curious, is the unit is hooked "DIRECTLY" to batteries or hooked to charging unit/power supply?

Re: There is no access to the Netonix Administration, it doe
I've tested the revert function and it appears to be working still. The way I triggered it on my end is I made a change and before it completed I pulled the network cable so that the UI could no longer see it, and plugged it back in when it began the revert. Which worked just fine. Can you tell me specifically what ports where being changed? Also is it possible you could have had a network interruption on your machine during this time? If access to the switch from the UI (on the computer that has the switch opened in the browser) was lost and didn't come back in time to catch the reversion it may have caused this. Either way, more details will be helpful.
Re: There is no access to the Netonix Administration, it doe
The changes made were the following
Note Both link 1 and link 2 have 10% communication
Enable LAN to port 2
Disable the LAN in Port 1
Added a vLAN look PHOTO
After these changes, the team lost communication and did not return to the previous configuration
Even if you had some momentary error in the order applying the changes you should have returned to the previous configuration before the changes

OK so it looks like there are no sfp ports plugged in, and port 4 is disabled. So you only have access to the management vlan via port 1.
When you say
"Disable the LAN in Port 1"
Do you mean you disabled port 1?
