Ping Watchdog Port Bounce - No POE

I'd like to submit a feature request to ping watchdog a port without PoE. Application is - we have a certain vendor's device that does not run off of PoE. From time to time it will stop communicating with the switch (even though the port is up).

I have to down the port, and then re-up the port and all is well -- but this is a manual process.

It would be great to have a ping watchdog option "what to do" - Bounce Power, Bounce Port - depending on if power was on to the port or not.
