RMA switch defective port 1

The switch with n/s EC:13:B3:11:14:50 he was replaced by landatel in April last year. Corresponds with the replacement of the EC:13:B3:11:25:E2 (RMA-C/2016/02181) with date of purchase 23/06/2016. At the end of may of last year, we got in touch with landatel to let you know that the replacement equipment repaired by the manufacturer had come up with a failure in the port, 1. Offer to pick up the equipment for your review, but we inform you that the switch was in the network of Extremadura in a mountain which is difficult to access . It was not until yesterday, after 8 months. When we already have in our facilities on the switch. Of course, bill the switch is out of warranty. But as it was a bad repair on the part of netonix. I would appreciate review of the repair.

Below is the RMA in question

It was sent back to Landatel on 11/15/2017. (14 months ago)
At the time we found no issues with the unit.
We did a FULL diagnostic on this unit and found nothing wrong including testing all port to function.

At the time this was why the unit was sent in for RMA:
Symptoms: When the POE activates it gives a error with a red flashing light

The reason it did this is NORMAL BEHAVIOR, when you select 48VH the port POE LED blinks RED until it gets a link then solid red.

You can RMA the unit and we will as always diagnose the unit and provide a full report including any picture of damage we find.
