That AF5 isn't connected to the other side, when I get it up I will report the difference.

Just a quick note to say that we've had a Mimosa B5c running on a 250B for 2 weeks now.
No issues.

And on a similar note, we're able to power the wisp-6-port switches using the Mimosa PoE block. Don't ask me how it works - I foolishly plugged it in and it works.
However, we do now have three B5G's that are now only running at 100mb instead of 1000mb ethernet line speed. Before - same mimosa, same netonix - got 1,000mb. Over time, firmwares on both sides got upgraded (from 1.1.8 on netonix to 1.2.2 through various versions) and the Mimosa's went to 1.1.1. Dunno if they've got a hardware fault or there's some sort of firmware glitch.
I've tried locking the Mimosa port to 1,000mb and it didn't connect, so I've left both sides back at Auto. The cables test out using our cable tester, and most are less than 10m long.
Curious, I know.
I'll update this if/when I get to the bottom of it.

You know Bill when you posted that I went and looked at my MIMOSA B5 which also was 1G as seen in this post

But is now showing 100M.
I to am going to investigate this to see if this was us or them that changed something in the firmware but I am going to guess them as we have not changed anything in the core, just UI stuff.
The only other thing I can think of is the MIMOSA by default uses a different pin out for POE polarity if using all 4 pairs instead of just 2 pairs but they claim polarity correction but "maybe" something changed in a firmware upgrade or the way they did it caused a sort and damaged the Ethernet transformer in either the switch or their radio?
A test would be to see if the port in our switches is able to still achieve a 1G connection and that the port in their radio is also able to achieve a 1G connection using their POE brick.
I will downgrade my switch to v1.1.8 and see but I know we did not change anything in our Ethernet drivers as all of that is handled by the VItesse switch core and we have not applied any HOT FIXES from Vitesse so nothing we have changed could possibly have affected that - FAMOUS LAST WORDS RIGHT

Feel free to shoot an email to our support team (support@mimosa.co) for some help troubleshooting. The only known example we've seen of firmware problems stopping 1000 Mbps from being reliable was with Mikrotik, but that did not apply to just us and firmware version 6.28 seemed to fix the problem. Usually it comes down to cable quality. Are you using Cat6 shielded cables?

Thanks Lee - yes, will do.
All cables are Ubiquiti ToughCable (autocorrect corrected this to Touchable...) Pro - so shielded but not to the crazy level of the ToughCable Carrier stuff (which we have to hammer around corners).
(If anyone has any recommendations on 'better' cable, I'm all ears)

Yes, out of eight Mimosa's (all are driven by Netonix switches now - thanks!) - three are reporting 100mb instead of a Gig. Two previously reported 1gig, one happened like that straight out of the box.
Varying length cable runs - some are 30m +, some are under 10m. All using shielded cable.
As I said above, I'll ping an email to support. My mimosa's have the 'you can peek at them' checked so hopefully support won't take too long.

I downgraded my switch to v1.1.8 and that did not change the outcome, still 100M, so it is not our firmware nor is it their firmware on the MIMOSA as I called my CTO and he told me we have been running v1.1.1 on the MIMOSA B5 since we put it in.
So it comes down to cabling and or the ends. The difference now since the post I mentioned above is Temperature. It is now in the 90's and when that post was made it was much cooler. As you know Ethernet cable is copper and it's characteristics change in temperature. It could also be that the weather/temperature and moisture conditions have effected the ends and if I send my crew out there tomorrow which I will to re-seat the ends it may once again achieve 1G I will let you know.
Now it "could" also be that something has damaged either Ethernet Transformer in either device and either device may now only achieve 100M but I doubt this.
So for now I am going to bet it is cabling or connectors, will post tomorrow on what I find.
But this MIMOSA link is on about 100' cabling and there are 2 AF24 links at the top of the tower at about 200' cabling and they are at 1G links.
