There is an error in Netonix as in the picturethe output voltages are really low.
Switch is old but I wonder if there is something that can be done

I fixed your picture in your post, next time read the instructions in my post footer on how to upload pictures.
Your switch has taken damage, most likely from ground current.
You can bench test it as described here: viewtopic.php?f=6&t=2780#p19221
My guess is if you build the ADVANCED TEST rig you will find the port that took the damage.
You could RMA it and get it repaired but it is 3+ years old, I would replace it.
