So Mimosa was kind enough to send us a link to test with our switch and at my WISP so I can give my opinion of their products.
Sadly the first thing I noticed when un-boxing them was the POE pin-out is not compatible with the WISP Switch.
We are investigating how to make a special adapter to use with them.
We followed the industry standard passive POE for 24V which is
pins 4,5 positive and 7,8 negative
We also followed the standard 802.3af/at pinout for 48V which is
pins 1,2,4,5 positive
ping 3,6,7,8 negative
The Mimosa radios use the following pin out
pins 3,4,5,6 positive
pins 1,2,7,8 negative
So do NOT plug a Mimosa radio into our switch if you intend to use our POE to power it.
I will also let you guys know what we find as far as their performance once we install the link.
I just gave them to my installer crew yesterday and I think within the next week or so they should be able to get it into their schedule.
They are putting it where we had planned to use a UBNT airMAX AC but we needed 5150-5250 because 5.7 is full and I do not trust it to be DFS as it would be a backup to our main AF24 and DFS false positives are a Pain in the arse.

It is the integrated PTP not the connectorized one.
Now to be fair I just went off what was printed on the POE injector but I did not actually take a VOM to it to verify. You never know, those Chinese/Asians are awful at translations.

Are you using 48V or 48VH to power the Mimosa radio?
Because on the Mimosa POE brick it has pin outs printed for all 8 pins and it shows pins 1,2 and pins 3,6 with swapped polarity.
Now if the Mimosa radio does not need that much current you could power it with standard 48V so long as you do not use the 48VH ports because the ports capable of 48VH do have the 4 negative pins bonded all the time, not sure about the other ports, I need to check.
We would work on a standard 48V port so long as it does need more then say 26 watts constant draw.
What does our switch show as current draw?

So to clear the confusion, the B5/B5c can be powered by any 802.11at compliant 48v POE. Input specs located here http://help.mimosa.co/backhaul-faq-non-mimosa-poe
Our own POE has some engineering changes made to improve performance when used with a B5/B5c. Firstly by having a 56v power supply, we are able to account for voltage loss on longer cable runs. Our POE is a passive POE using 4/5 as positive and 7/8 as negative. However, we wanted to send power over all 4 conductors to reduce resistive loss, so we added 3/6 as positive and 1/2 as negative.
So to reiterate, don't confuse our POE output specs with the B5/B5c input specs. We are very focused on complying with standards to ensure the user has maximum flexibility.

Reverse Polarity Protection
The Mimosa B5/B5c includes a diode bridge circuit which corrects for reverse polarity on the power inputs, and improves compatibility with 3rd-party 802.3at-compliant PoE injectors and switches that meet the B5/B5c power specifications2.
So does this mean that since your POE brick has a polarity swap on the pins 1,2 and 3,6 that it will still work with my 48VH port?
I do gather that it will definitely work with our 48V port option so long as they do not use the ports capable of 48VH as we have pins 3,6,7,8 bonded together to DC negative and use the MOSFET circuit(s) to apply power to the positive pins (4,5 with 48V) and (1,2,4,5 with our 48VH).
Well you guys should have our switches so you can also test in house and report back with empirical results.
