Anything new on a date for getting the 10 gig port models?

We are working on the firmware now.

First models out probably will be:

WS2-4-50-DC
Specially designed for Oil and Gas Industry but could be used by WISPs on SMALL mountain top relay site or special applications.

Very small form factor, similar to WS-6-MINI

There are some other hardware improvements that have not yet been announced for these models as well.

The newer switch core is capable of a lot more down the road including static routing.

Looking at the specs on that page it says "Up to 26 x 1G, 16 x 2.5G, and 2 x 10G Ethernet ports" is support for the 16 x 2.5G going to show up in the new netonix's?

Yes the Switch Core Chipset supports 2.5/5G Copper ports and that is on the road map but not initially.

To do 2.5/5G copper ports requires special PHY chips and other parts that drive the cost way up and as of yet there are not many radios that support 2.5G copper so initially we will only support 1G copper ports.

Future models will support 2.5/5G copper but by then hopefully the cost of those PHY chips will come down.

The number of our AC power supplies models that fail are less than 0.05% or 1 in 2,000. This is partly due to the fact that we use power supplies that are rated for convection cooling but we implement forced air cooling which significant increases their MTBF.

For example at my WISP I almost exclusively use WS-24-400A which are from the original production runs and I have experience 0 power supply failures.

Most WISPs want "small" units to fit in small boxes, adding a second power supply and adjoining needed circuits and then of course people would want hot swappable so increased chassis costs would increase units significantly.

Also if I went with dual power supplies I would go with lower cost power supplies whereas currently we did not choose our power supplies based on price but rather ratings. For example the 150 watt power supplies we use are medical equipment rated which equals higher quality and cost but significantly less failures.
