Some (mainly) STP feature request to help debug

Fri Oct 20, 2017 3:54 pm

CLI: would be nice if "show stp" would also display port cost and priority. It would be also great to display if port cost is auto or fixed (should still display cost value if auto)
CLI: with mstp enabled, be able to display stp status for only CIST or a instance since mstp display lot of output. Someting like "show stp cist" or "show stp 1". Maybe it could be a shortcut to "show stp" with a warning if using those with STP or RSTP.
CLI: "show interface" as a short cut for "show interface status" since their two sub command to interface beggining with "stat" so tab completition is not really usefull in this case
WebUI: display cost value when cost is at auto.
WebUI: CIST "bridge priority" should not be a global parameter since instance show both CIST and instance "bridge priority".
WebUI: Display if STP is enabled on port while looking at instance. Curretly, it's a empty space.

Please also add digest. That would help to see easier that the're some region config that don't match (vlans list mistmatch in instance). In GUI, it could also be helpful. Maybe a "region" part of the GUI where name, revision and digest could be togheter since the 2 first impact the third. It would also make it clear that it the MST region name and revision.
