95th Percentile Billing
95th Percentile Billing, anyone doing it for large business or for whole sale to other ISPs? If so what are you using to calculate it and bill it?

Re: 95th Percentile Billing
You could do it with NMS.
Just pole the Ethernet Stats every 5 or is it 6 minutes and keep those values for 1 month.
Then write a script to sort and then throw away the top 4% or is it 5% readings and with the highest remaining value you now have the 95% billable value.
