Silly question.. is it ok to just unplug the AC power cord?

If I am powering 18 access points and I just power down the entire switch by pulling the AC power cord out of the back of the switch, is that the right way to power down the switch? I don't see a power down option for the entire switch elsewhere in the menus.

Yep, that's generally the gist of it. I wouldn't unplug it and plug it back in a bunch of times in quick succession, bad stuff might happen, but yeah, if you unplug, the device takes care of its own tidy(ish) shutdown.
