First time testing WS-12-250-DC there is something i can not undersand. Switch mounting position shown in the din rail mounting kit is with the power input upside. In this position fan bows air downwards outside the case.
And here comes the question: Why fan is blowing air opposite natural hot air convection direction for the supposed mounting position?

I agree with you. Go with the natural convection, not against it. Maybe the graphic artist overlooked that?

I think you're right that we should flip the DIN rail connector.
I think you could mount it either way but I think the pressure clasp should be on bottom?
I will discuss with mechanical engineer (Merle)

LOL
Makes me think about the Jamaican national bobsled team. I wonder how many Jamaican graphic artists could draw a bobsled without googling first.

My bad.
I assumed it was only the picture was wrong, not the design.

Obviously you never have been to Jamaica.
In Jamaica they all but worship the following:
#1 GOOD weed
#1.1 Bob Marley
#2 The movie franchise "Speed"
#3 The movie "Cool Runnings"

You can flip the fan and leave the support as is too.
For fitting my setups with existent DIN rail mounted switches, your DIN rail clamp should be at the upper part of the switch.
