Well we tested this setup in 1 unit, we temporary just tacked the wire to the ceiling, once the owners see the better performing internet, we are cutting into some drywall to run the new line for the AP.
This is the "before". Someone else double sided taped a cheap cisco/linksys router to the wall, those lasted about a year, we quickly/temporary put an AirRouter in each unit, but didn't fix the problem completely due to poor location.
Here is some after, sorry for the blurred pic.
We also moved all the cable TV wiring inside to clean up and secure the closet from the college tenants. The Mini is powered via the homerun with an AF24 PoE brick for now.
After a week or so of testing, he will sign the contract and we will then do this to the rest of the 18 units.
