Ok I got my mini and a netonix power supply to go with it so with this configuration I can power my air fiber with the 6 port mini and also another AC airmax device along with it. I set for 24 high with air fiber what about regular AC airmax is that 24 high or low?

Please at least read the announcement posts at the top of each forum such as the ones above, and or use the search function.

Using the wrong POE option will damage the device and the switch and neither company UBNT or Netonix warranties that type of damage.

Ok read all those and since I'm over 200' will go 24vh with air fiber and 24v regular with AC devices. Thanks.
So I take it the switch has enough wattage and power for these two devices was part of that question?

You need to be more specific when you talk about airFIBER radios

There many differnt airFIBER radios:
airFIBER 24 GHz which is 48VH
airFIBER 5 GHz which is 48VH

airFIBER 2X which was originally 24V or 24VH but now supports 48V and 48VH
airFIBER 3X which was originally 24V or 24VH but now supports 48V and 48VH
airFIBER 5X which was originally 24V or 24VH but now supports 48V and 48VH

READ THIS POST FOR EXPLANATION airFIBER 2X, 3X, 5X
viewtopic.php?f=6&t=1215#p9040

However with all that said YES airFIBER 2X, 3X, 5X with 24VH or 48VH and an airMAX AC radio with 24V is fine.
airFIBER 2X, 3X, 5X radios use about 10-12 watts at 48VH
airMAX AC radios use 4-12 watts
WS-6-MINI uses about 3-4 watts

So worst case 12+12+4 = 28 watts and the power supply is 50V 65 watts

Personally I would run airFIBER 2X, 3X, 5X at 48VH since they now support that voltage.

NEVER RUN airMAX radios with 24VH

But everything I just stated was in the posts I listed above.

Earlier I did say I had a af-5x radio and I'm not sure if mine is new enough to be able to handle the 48 I guess the older ones did not so I would have to research that I know the Poe that came with it was 24 so I feel safe to use that.

edit.

I am e3 2a is that later then e3 08 I assume yes. So I could go 48 ?

first 2 ports are separated from other 4 on this 6 port mini does that mean anything? Im assuming maybe they use all 8 pins for power? Ok also im using a separate power supply and #1 port has the green 24v light on unit but when logged in it shows poe off. Is there 24 volts at that port and is it safe to plug stuff into port 1 when using separate power supply?

Port 1 does not offer any POE out options, it is for POE in to power the switch or if using the optional power supply adapter Port 1 is simply a NON POE port.

Port 2 ONLY SUPPORTS 24VH and 48VH - DO NOT TRY AND POWER airMAX radios with this port, it is only for devices that accept POE on all 4 pair like airFIBER radios.

If you attempt to power an airMAX radio in port 2 you will fry it and the port and possibly the switch and this is not covered under warranty.

Ports 3-6 offers 24V and 48V POE options which is for "most" POE devices like airMAX radios and 802.3af devices.

ALL THIS STUFF IS IN THE POSTS I LINKED ABOVE THAT I SUGGESTED YOU READ.

10-4 you would think the 24 volt poe light would not be on or another power light in place somewhere. I am aware of the high and low voltage ports I did read those links I was just confused on that light being on which if you didnt have manuals or forums in front of you and a tech went to a site and saw poe24 volt light on with a cable plugged in it would be confusing I would think.

I hear ya on the manuals, it is on the roadmap, too many things to do too few of us to do it.

We use the Port 1 POE LED as the POWER LED for the switch, I know it is confusing sometimes to new users, sorry.
