Hello
I finally had a chance to unbox my new switch , i changed my pc to static ip logged into the switch went directly to settings set it to dhcp saved applied read some warnings about random ip Etc.
Switched my pc back to my lan and scanned my network. Could no find the switch.
So I waited and went back to static, but could not find it under its default ip either.
I tried several times back-and-forth even rebooting the switch and I cannot find it anymore. Is there a reset or factory defaults or what should I try to find it
Please advice. Thanks

You can access it via serial port or reset it.

Other users can not help you if you do not explain what model you are asking help with and what firmware version you are using which is why Mike suggested a console cable but the WS-6-MINI does not have a console port.
The WS-6-MINI has a small hole the size of a paper clip on the back near the barrel connector which is the reset button, you can use a paper clip to press the button.
You can read about different ways of defaulting our switches here: viewtopic.php?f=17&t=409
After disabling the WS-6-MINI be sure to upgrade to version v1.3.9 before doing anything else. Maybe you did already but you failed to report what version of firmware you are using.
The problem with using DHCP is the browser (UI) will lnot know what IP address the switch moves to when it gets a DHCP address thus losing control of the switch so the Revert feature will return the switch to the last known IP after it times out so you will have to disable the Revert feature by setting the timer to 0 seconds before configuring the switch to use a DHCP address.
What the Revert timer is for is if you change the config of a switch in a remote location and the UI can not re-connect to the switch in the allotted time it will revert to the last configuration.
You can disable the Revert Time by following the instructions in this post: viewtopic.php?f=17&t=1467&p=10848&hilit=Revert#p10848
