10G uplinks

There are various types of 10G switches with at least two SFP+ ports, and the price is also very nice, like Ubiquiti ES-48-Lite (2 SFP+), D-Link DGS-1510-28X (4 SFP+), FS S3800-48T4S (4 SFP+), etc.

And which of those switch support high voltage to power backhaul link ?

The FS S3800-48T4S is specified to operate well between 100-240V AC, and it is better not to exceed 55° C.

this is not a POE switch

I hope future switches would have 2.5 Gbps / 5 Gbps ports....
(2.5Gbps over Cat 5e, 5Gbps over Cat 6.)
With 2.5 Gbps over existing cables (TOUGHcarrier) on the tower it's a huge timesaver. We don't need to pull 48V + fiber to feed high bandwidth PtP links that we hopefully will see a lot of in 2018....

Netgear does not make any "passive" POE switches so they will not power WISP equipment like UBNT, MIMOSA, IGNITE, Cambium, and so on.

Netgear switches provide 802.3af/at "active" POE only.

To power WISP type equipment you need "passive" POE not active 802.3af/at POE:
UBNT airMAX radios need 24V passive POE.
UBNT AFX needs 24V, 48V, 24VH, or 48VH passive POE depending on cable length.
UBNT airFIBER 5/24/24HD radios need 48VH passive POE
MIMOSA needs 48V or 48VH passive POE depending on cable length and radio
Ignite needs 24V, 48V, 24VH, or 48VH passive depending on the radio
Cambium needs 24V, 48V, 48VH passive POE depending on the radio
