Are you asking about the DC Switch?

As soon as I have a firm delivery date. We are still shooting for LIMITED release by the end of this month.
We are also waiting on a final BOM to make sure the MSRP is OK.
Right now it is looking like we may need to bump the MSRP up some, approximately $10.00 to $20.00.
We might not bump the WS-12-250-DC as much as the WS-8-250-DC as there is a little slop/room in there to absorb some but our GPM on the WS-8-250-XX is not so good.

To be honest we have been working on the DC switches.

Sorry, we are a small company with ONE Team of developers.

Once the DC switches are done we will work some more on that project.

Or you guys could buy more switches so we can hire more people?! :ak:

The switches are great, and I have a handful of them. But, if you use one switch per tower, and have say 10 towers, that is 10 switches purchased.

But if you have a total of 1000 customers, you may purchase 1000 Indoor APs. Should be some big money there. I am waiting to see one and test it out. If it works well we may include one with every installation.

LOL - We (Netonix) are currently having a Skype conversation on this very subject.
Some points that I have pushed hard for over the past 18 months that took some convincing
1) Size matters and not the way your wife thinks
2) HOT HOT HOT environments
3) CPE devices like the CAP are the HIGH volume items, there is more profit to be made on smaller profit HIGHER volume items

Seems no matter what I preach it is always an uphill battle for me. :headb:

1) 5 years ago - shielding is the answer not just GPS
2) 3 years ago - Titanium was not worth the money and would have a thermal issue (failures)
3) FOREVER - We need AF11, AF23

Just my 1c (not 2) Chris, think the option for a Customers AP to have powerline in them (hopefully UBNTs and othe COs POE bricks had this too)
Just imagine the possibilities and the solution to many of our problems with cabling on customers buildings.

Old post I know, but rather than start a new one with the same question. ETA? :)
I am a small wisp, been in business just over a year, and getting comfortable running things. I would like to ramp up for 2016 and would like to standardize my installs for all future installs.
Like has been stated earlier, I currently have one tower, will be going to three soon. So that gets you 2 more switches to sell. I plan to add 50-100 customers next year. That would be a bit more profitable for you I would think?
Anyway I know small company and all its hard, so best of luck!

and keep us informed :) thanks
