WS-12-250-DC Odd Port Statistics

Firmware v1.3.2
On the status page...Ports 13 and 14, which are empty with no connections of any kind (and have never had a connection) show nearly identical TX Data and TX Packet stats as Port 12 which is a GigE connection to a server. No RX Data or RX Packet stats...
Clear the counters...come back in a bit and the pattern repeats. I haven't rebooted yet to see if that clears issue.
