RMA Warranty Status

On May 10, 2024 we sent in two WISP Switchs for RMA and they were received. I checked on web page status but no other information added, only the original information I provided when created the RMA. I sent email and have received no response. How can I find an update of these RMA? Is there a phone number I can call?
