am inquiring how to go about repairs on this WS-26-400-AC. I have 6 ports which will not push power, some that won't do 1G and a port that is completely fubar. Long story short our "insulated" electric wires came down in a storm, hit the wiring bundles and some ingress AC made it to a few ports. Understanding there is supply issues and this is a low priority, I'm not in a hurry but would like to hear your next steps. Thanks

If the switch is still within the warranty period, you an RMA it to Netonix. If it is not, then consider
Repairs@isptechnology.caI don't know the situation with stock of replacement boards.

repair on those is $330, puts the switch under a 2 year warranty (covered by me, not netonix), and typically gets fixed within 2-4 weeks of arriving
