Hi Dave,
Yes I did, I am logged into the RMA right now and I see no information other than what I entered and that a warranty was considered issued. Or do I eat crow.
According to UPS the package was received and signed for on January 23, 2023 at 9:53 am.
Any help would be appreciated.

Gentlemen,
I now have 2 each units with authorized RMA's that are in your possession, 20230004 and 20230020. I have received no acknowledgement if they were received by you other than the notice from UPS that they were delivered and signed for. I have logged into the RMA portal and see no indication or flag of any receipt of products.
Can you tell me a approximate date as to when you will review these items. If I may suggest, if you can send email status updated when products' are received, on the bench and when shipped this would help a lot. If you already are providing this service I have not been receiving these emails.

Paul...we are kinda on hold working on RMA boards as we are waiting for RMA replacement boards to arrive in house...boards are expected this week so Chris should update you next week.

you should get chris to reach out to me, I'd be happy to help out with in and out of warranty repairs, at least for your canadian clients. I could also handle SOC/port block replacements for your harder to repair boards

Its been another 2 weeks since you said "I asked chris to respond." and again I have seen no response.
Can you please escalate this issue to your management. From my perspective Chris is unresponsive.
Again I am very disappointed in your company with its lack of customer communications.
And please, no more working through bulletin boards. Please email me directly.
