Since Netonix does not provide any email address to ask questions regarding orders in the webshop,
can anyone point me in the direction of who to ask, alternatively email?

I can't send PM to "sirhc" since the "private message" button is not there?!...

What order # are you inquiring about?

Ordernumber 1045010319 and 1045010328 are still marked as "Processing".
They were ordered and payed for 24/01-2023, and was wondering when they will be sent?
