RMA Status

I have been waiting for my RMA for months. Confirmed on April 13th. Netonix received the unit on 5/19/2022. I have emailed regarding status on 7/20/2022.
Can you please updated the RMA information? When can I expected my replacement?

I have an RMA that was submitted on June 1 and I have not received any communications back in regards to this, I have sent multiple emails. I noticed that the product is in stock on the website. Please update on me on the when this will be sent. RMA 20220913

This is why there is an RMA Portal.
You can login and check on your RMAs status anytime with the RMA # and MAC Address.
Simply goto
http://rma.netonix.comYou can view the status and if it is done and if there is charges that will need paid before return shipping.
If you see your RMA and there are no Tech notes or fee due then send an email to
rma@netonix.com

The RMA portal still shows the original status as the day it was submitted. RMA # 20220890
I sent an email to
rma@netonix.com without reply.

Hello,
Im Sorry your switch took a while. Your RMA is currently on its way to you. It went out a fw days ago UPS Tracking # is in the portal and it is all up to date.

Hello,
I too am looking for status on my RMA 20220965. The only way I know it was received was by the UPS delivery information. The RMA web page has no information other than what was originally entered. Any update would be appreciated.
