RMA Status

How do I get an update on the status of pending RMAs? I have (4) switches that were sent to you all over a month ago. We have received no update whatsoever. Kind of crazy there is no customer service number and no communication on over $2000 worth of RMA equipment. I even reached out to our distributor to see if they could help - crickets from them as well.

Yep. Did that on all four of them. The status is unchanged from when they were submitted in early May. Each of them still states "issued" with no update beyond that. These were delivered to your facility on May 12th. When can we expect some movement on these? RMAs 20220891, 20220892, 20220902, 20220903

Hey Dave,

Are you still offering WS3 v B&C board change outs?

I've emailed rma about that a few weeks ago.
