MikroTik S+85DL03D transceivers work with some effort. On a defaulted switch the sfp+ port has to be linked up at 1G then set to 10G or else it won't link up (tested between a MikroTik router and a WS3)

I see this same issue with FS.com transceivers that are flashed for Mikrotik. Fresh out of the box it will not link up at 10g until you set the port for 1g, establish a link and then change it to 10g.

Does NOT work:
MikroTik
SFP+RJ10 (copper ethernet transceiver)
https://mikrotik.com/product/s_rj10The moment I plugged it in, the WS3 rebooted.
Running firmware 2.0.8
Note: I did not wait for the WS3 to reboot to see if the unit started to work. I quickly removed it as the reboot caused a significant unplanned outage.
