Can't order from website

I've tried placing an order twice now on the website and it's not going through. The spinning circle just keeps going so I refreshed and tried a second time and it did the same thing for minutes on end. No pending charge has hit my card and I did not receive a confirmation email so it doesn't look like it went through but I need to place an order.
There are no emails or phone number on the Netonix website for support so here I am in the forum.
