RMA Issues

Who should I contact at Netonix for RMAs that have been shipped, but progress shows still waiting to receive RMA? I have proof of delivery from UPS that the switches were delivered.

You should login to RMA portal and read each RMA, they were completed 3 days ago

38 - completed - REPAIR
39 - completed - warranty
40 - completed - warranty

Follow instruction on RMA 20210038 and pay for that repair and your units will ship back as a group

This information was not helpful as this post was written before the RMA were updated. How would I obtain information as to why these power supplies are failing? I have ordered approx. $40k worth of switches that re continuing to fail power supplies. I have two more that need to be RMAed as of today.
