Need to talk with someone about my RMA 20210013. Where are we at with the troubleshooting and repair of the PoE switch? Is there anyway we can just get our money back for the device instead of receiving a new one? If no, can you send the new switch to Chad Rice in Minnesota? Please call me so we can discuss, as your website doesn't provide a phone # to call.

Go to the RMA Portal at http://rma.netonix.com (where you created the RMA)

Select View RMA

Put in your RMA # and MAC address of unit and you can see what the tech found and the status.

If the tech determined the unit FAILED and is covered under warranty it would have a tracking # of the REPAIRED unit shipped back to you.

If the unit was determined to be damaged then there would be pictures of the visible damage and a description as well as a link to a repair fee to get your unit back.

According to the RMA portal we issued the RMA # back in January but we do not show we received it back?
