Working on a separate issue (will post that in a few minutes), but ran into something interesting... I tried to power cycle a RB450 connected to port 1 of the Netonix, but it would not shut down. I defaulted the switch and it came back up like this:
Port 1 has 25V, but poe is turned off? (WS-12-250-DC)
Re: Port 1 has 25V, but poe is turned off? (WS-12-250-DC)
Update on this...
Upgraded the switch from 1.5.5 to 1.5.6, and after rebooting, Port 1 is still providing power. Port 3 can be set to the usual options, but does not power up.
Port 2 seems to be functioning normally. Didn't test any other ports.

When you defaulted it, PoE not being optional is expected because it has an active link. If you wish to bypass that you can do so via the CLI.
However, if power is still on even in that state, it means the switch is damaged.
