Using the General Forum to get addressed an issue with Distributor.

Issue: The order was placed and payment made to Distributor. Distributor promised delivery in 2 weeks. This was extended to more than 3+ months.
We have been highly disappointed by the poor support. We are posting this on internal forum to ensure our issue is addressed. Our Client's followup have been relentless. We need resolution ASAP.

Appreciate prompt revert to get this issue on closure.
