Management VLANs

How are you other guys with big networks handling management VLANs? Are you using no management vlan? Are you using one management vlan across the whole network? Are you using one management VLAN per tower site?

In our case, it's 1 management VLAN by tower.

We run more of a management network than a management VLAN. Customer traffic is inside vlan's and VPLS tunnels. Each AP and backhaul has it's own subnet Customer traffic never hits the routed network, only the customer vlans (which ride of the network obviously)
