Power Diagram for two Netonix swiches (Power Fail)

I have two switches, a WS-6-Mini and a WS-12-250-DC and I would like to know if this wiring scheme would work for a power fail scenario. I plan on using a power fail control relay to do the switching between the 24v PSU and the battery power for the WS-6-Mini. The WS-12-250-DC will be connected to the battery directly. I'm tempted to put a low voltage disconnect for the battery to prevent it from being drained.
Is there any suggestion or concerns?
