NETONIX RESPONSE REQUIRED ASAP.

We have had 11 switches awaiting repair since october last year. One response mid april and it was to tell me everything would be back to normal early May, no response since and no switches returned as of yet June 3rd. Not acceptable under any standards. Our company has started looking at other options after over a dozen emails and phone calls going unanswered.
