Netonix Manager Scheduled Upgrade Times?

I was testing scheduled upgrades, and there appears to be a possible time-zone related issue.

My system time is correct, and the time at the top of the Netonix Manager is correct. The host is Ubuntu 18.04.

If I schedule an upgrade to take place at 4:00pm, it shows up as scheduled for 12:00pm (4 hours earlier). It is as-if the software thinks the time entered is actually UTC, not local time.
